WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE TO GURANTEE SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

 

MON-FRI: Same day delivery when orders placed by 2pm (AEST), we will do our best to do same day delivery for any orders placed after these time but DO NOT guarantee it.

 

SATURDAY: Same day delivery when orders placed by 12am (AEST), all orders placed after 12am on a Saturday will be process on the next business day.

 

SUN & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Sorry, Sunday and Public Holiday delivery is NOT available, orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

 

 

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A DELIVERY?

 

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.

 

We treat funeral orders with the highest priority. Please provide service time for any funeral service in the "special instructions" field on the order page and we will ensure it arrives before the service time. We need at least 5 hours notice for any funeral service.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

 

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the gift will be left at the recipient front or back door if it is deem safe to do so. Otherwise, a calling card will be left on the recipient door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

 

 

DO YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?

 

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by noting your request in the "special instructions" field on the order page.
