By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Iris Florist may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Privacy Policy – Iris Florist is committed to the protection of personal information in compliance with National and International Privacy laws and in particular the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2001. Iris Florist will maintain the integrity of data collection, use and disclosure; and will not share any data collected with any other entity/company.

 

Substitution Policy - Please note that images are for illustration purpose only. Delivered products may exhibit some variations due to seasonal availability of blooms/products.

 

Alcohol - In Australia, it is illegal for alcohol to be purchased by or delivered to any person under the age of 18 and similar conditions may apply in other countries. The sender of the item is responsible for ensuring that their order complies with the law in this regard and absolves Iris Florist of any responsibility in this regard.

 

Quality Assurance - Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects the high standards set by us. Quality complaints must be received within 1 weeks of delivery. A quality complaint is anything to do with an order that was delivered including but not limited to poor quality, missing items, expired items, wrong items, and value of items and so on. A photo is highly recommended for quick resolution to quality complaints

 

Non delivery - Non delivery complaints must be received within 1 week of the delivery date. Complaints received after this time frame will be considered on an individual basis, however after this time there is no guarantee of compensation.

 

Fees and Charges - Iris Florist includes all fees and charges in the value shown on our websites. The amount shown on our website is the total amount and includes a delivery fee, and a Credit Card processing fee. You will pay no more than what you see on the product/catalogue pages - excluding extra re-delivery fee if we were require to redeliver due to circumstances outline in our deliveries policy.

 

Cancellations - If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund less a $10 administration charge back to your credit card. Once the flowers and gifts are dispatch we are unable to offer a refund.

 

Regional/Public Holidays - Please note that Iris Florist cannot guarantee delivery on Regional and Public Holidays. Any orders received for delivery on a Public Holiday will be delivered on the next available courier service.

 

Same day Deliveries in Australia- Iris Florist is able to deliver flowers to most towns and suburbs in Australia within the same day.  However deliveries to remote and rural areas may not occur same day due to delivery restrictions. Orders received in our office by 1:30pm EST can be for same day delivery. We can still attempt same day deliveries after this time however they are not guaranteed and may be delivered the following working day.  Orders placed on Saturday for same day delivery must be placed before 10am. There are NO deliveries on Sundays (except for Mother s Day).

 

Product Substitution / Availability – Please note that with flower orders, some flowers/products may be substituted based on availability. If this occurs we will fulfill the order to equal or more value if the selected flowers/products are unavailable.

Deliveries - In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with our office within 7 days). We will try our best to deliver any gift you order, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:

 

* Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift

* Address provided is incorrect. We will however be more than willing to redeliver your order with an additional $10 delivery charge.

* Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to voicemail message we leave for them.

 

If the courier deems the location to be a "safe" location the item will be left at the address provided. In these cases delivery will be deemed to have been made successfully. If you do not want the order left at the address please ensure this information has been provided in the special instructions field on the order form. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back to the florist and we will make contact with the recipient to arrange a new delivery time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $10.00 delivery and admin fee.
